Google no longer offers the translation API as a free service. I recommend to use Bing or Google translation services.
If You need to tranlate Romanic (Romance) languages (Galician, Catalan, Rumanian...), Swedish, Macedonian, Breton, basque or esperanto is better to use the Apertium translator.
